E-Sign Consent

This consent applies to every agreement, disclosure, receipt, notice, statement and other record (together, "Communications") that we or our Partner must give you in writing for your Speedy account, under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and similar state laws.

When you start a transfer electronically, we will also provide the pre-payment disclosure and receipt for that transfer electronically, as federal remittance rules allow.

2. How we deliver Communications

We deliver Communications in the Speedy app, on our website, by email to the address on your account, or by WhatsApp or text message with a link. A Communication is delivered when we post or send it. Receipts are also kept in your app under Activity.

3. Paper copies

You may request a paper copy of any Communication at no charge by contacting support@speedymoneytransfer.com or support phone. Asking for a paper copy does not withdraw your consent.

You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us. Because Speedy can only be offered electronically, withdrawing consent means we will close your account after completing transfers already in progress. Withdrawal does not affect Communications already delivered.

5. What you need

To access and keep Communications, you need:

  • a device with a current version of iOS or Android, or a desktop browser such as current Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge;
  • an internet connection and a valid email address;
  • software that opens PDF files; and
  • enough storage to save Communications, or a printer.

We will tell you if these requirements change in a way that could prevent you from accessing or keeping Communications, and you may withdraw consent without charge.

6. Keeping your contact details current

You must keep your email address and mobile number up to date in the app.

By selecting "I agree" you confirm that you can access Communications in the ways described above and consent to receive them electronically.
