1. Who this is for
This notice is for people who receive money sent through Speedy, including people who open a "send by link" claim page or a WhatsApp opt-in page, and who are not Speedy customers. It is provided by Payolla LLC, doing business as Speedy Money Transfer, and our licensed Partner, Partner legal name.
2. What we collect
- your name, as given by the sender or entered by you;
- your phone number;
- payout details: bank and account number, wallet number, or cash pickup location;
- for cash pickup, the identification you show to the payout location; and
- on claim and opt-in pages, your device and IP address for security.
3. Why we use it
- to pay you the money sent to you;
- to screen against sanctions lists and prevent fraud, as the law requires;
- to keep records the law requires; and
- to send you WhatsApp delivery notices, only if you opt in.
4. Who sees it
- The sender sees your name and the payout details you entered, so they can confirm them before paying. Speedy saves them so the sender can pay you again.
- Our Partner and the payout bank, wallet or agent that pays you.
- Service providers that help us run claim pages, messaging and fraud prevention.
- Authorities, where the law requires.
We never sell your information or use it for advertising.
5. How long we keep it
Records connected with a transfer are kept for 5 years, as anti-money-laundering law requires. Saved payout details are deleted when you ask, unless they are part of a transfer record.
6. Messages
We send you a WhatsApp delivery notice only if you tick the box on our opt-in or claim page. Reply STOP at any time to stop.
