  2. Break the law, including money laundering, terrorist financing, tax evasion, fraud or bribery.
  3. Evade sanctions, including sending to or for the benefit of a person, entity or region subject to U.S. sanctions, or hiding the true recipient or purpose of a transfer.
  4. Structure transfers, meaning splitting amounts to avoid limits, reporting or record-keeping requirements.
  5. Pay for illegal goods or services, including illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, human trafficking or sexual exploitation.
  6. Gamble or bet with operators that are not licensed where you and they are located.
  7. Pay for businesses, invoices or commercial purposes. Speedy is for personal, family and household transfers.
  8. Buy or sell virtual currency, or pay crypto exchanges or brokers.
  9. Commit or assist scams, including romance, investment, lottery, job, impersonation or "advance fee" scams, or receive money as a "money mule".
  10. Give false information, use stolen identity documents or payment methods, or open more than one account.
  11. Interfere with the Services, including scraping, reverse-engineering, overloading systems, testing vulnerabilities outside our Security program, or abusing the AI assistant.
  12. Harass our staff, recipients or other users.

If we believe a transfer breaks this policy, we may refuse, hold or reverse it, close accounts and report activity to authorities, as permitted by the User Agreement and the law.
