Messaging Terms

1. Messages to customers

When you give us your mobile number, you agree that Speedy and our Partner may send you account and transaction messages by text message and WhatsApp, including one-time codes, transfer status updates, security alerts and responses to your requests. These messages may be sent using automated technology. They are part of the Service and are not marketing.

2. Marketing messages

We send marketing messages by text or WhatsApp only if you separately and expressly agree. Consent to marketing is never a condition of using Speedy, and you can withdraw it at any time.

3. Messages to your recipients

Speedy sends a WhatsApp delivery notice to a recipient only if that recipient has opted in personally, for example on a page you share with them or on a claim page. You cannot opt in on their behalf. Delivery notices contain only transfer information and never advertising. Recipients can reply STOP at any time.

4. Stopping messages

Reply STOP to any message to stop that type of message. We also recognize PARE, PARAR, ARRÊT, ARRETER, KANPE, UNSUBSCRIBE and CANCEL. We will confirm once and then stop, and we will not message that number again for that purpose unless it opts in again. You cannot opt out of security codes needed to use your account, but you can close your account.

5. Getting help

Reply HELP (or AYUDA, AIDE or ÈD) for help, or contact support@speedymoneytransfer.com or support phone.

6. Costs and frequency

Message frequency varies with your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. WhatsApp

WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. When you use WhatsApp, Meta's terms and privacy policy also apply. Do not send ID documents, card numbers or bank details through WhatsApp.

8. Privacy

We handle phone numbers and messages as described in our Privacy Notice and, for recipients, our Recipient Privacy Notice.
